There was a book I read upon a few years ago written by the famous American author, John Grey. In the book, he highlighted the psychological facts of men and women, and how they react differently to the same fact brought upon. There will always be that ‘but’ before they end their conversation and at least one of them will be unhappy, if not both. Well, these are all serious matters; let’s talk about something that doesn’t involve emotions! But perceptions will vary here as well; some people think girls need healthier skin than boys do.
Yet without going into arguments lets just put it in this way that both the girls and boys have the same need, both of them share the same skin issue- acne, eczema, rosacea, psoriasis, skin sensitivity, wrinkle, aging and it goes on. So both of them need some tips for healthy skin
Skin, the largest organ of the human body, has been doing its job constantly 24/7 from our birth, covering heart, lungs, and kidneys from external pollutions. We didn’t require a lot of maintenance though when we were young, but as we are growing old, getting out – our skin is facing dirt and debris more. The end result is bad with skin sensitivity, acne, pimples, and the worst – aging!
Exercise has been there for the longest time I could imagine. People exercise for their heart, lungs and mental health. But the research has shown that exercise not only tones your body and gives you that perfect look, it also has some terrific skin benefits. For the perfect healthy skin free from acne, dullness, wrinkle and more, start exercising from today.
You don’t have to pull weights or do those heavy intense workouts for hours, just do the simple planking, squats, push-ups or crunches. You will see results within a week, and once you are comfortable with exercising- level up your E game!
Now, there are hundreds of exercises equipment (eg. Recumbent bike, Upright bike) and thousands of YOGA positions, but here I have listed only a few because these are the ones that have given me the best result. I bet you will love it too!

Pimple Relief:
When you exercise regularly, it increases blood flow in your body. The more blood flow means the more blood circulates throughout the body nourishing your skin cells. Blood carrying oxygen and nutrients flowing through our body help to draw out all the toxins and waste products, including free radicals and those that clog pores.
That why experts suggest sweating more when you are exercising because sweating helps to expel out all those toxins, oils and dirt out of your pores.
But these would be foolish to believe that only exercising with treadmill and sweating will clear away all those pimples you already have and would help you to stop breaking out immediately. No! it doesn’t work that way. You have to be patient and consistent. Exercise well, sweat and then shower as soon as possible. When showering makes sure you are cleansing all those body parts thoroughly that you tend to break out more.
Exercise helps to expel out toxins from the body and flush out pores, but if you become a lazy feet, lay down on your couch for an hour (or two) after a workout- and let all those dirt again sit on your skin- drying, you are doing more harm to your skin than good. So don’t let all your hard work go in the drain, shower immediately as you are done with the workout. And if you are on a doctor’s prescription for your acne, consult your doctor whether you can reapply the topical products after having a mid-day shower post workout.
The Acne and Endorphin Connection:
When you do exercise at home or gym, it creates the happy hormone in your body called Endorphin (a hormone that makes you feel good). Throughout the day you face work pressures, deadlines, meetings, and field-work – some of the major drivers that push your stress level reach its highest point. Now, stress is one the major culprits that lead to acne and eczema on your skin, because stress hormone influences the sebaceous glands of our body (that produces oil for skin and keep it moist).
But as you exercise, the endorphin level goes up and your cortisol level (i.e. the stress hormone) goes down. When you are under stress, you know your face blooms. Oh, did you hear that cortisol also breaks down the collagen level of your body? God bless those who do not exercise!
Want Glowing Skin with O2?
Do aerobic exercise that provides a heavy dose of oxygenated blood to your body. Your skill will glow immediately after workout and will remain intact even after hours. The reason behind is simple; your skin is now charged up with blood vessels that lie close to the surface. When we exercise, the vessels enlarge and give the skin a healthy glow with a vibrant appearance. Plus, it produces collagen- the protein that helps our skin to be firm, supple and elastic. No one likes to get old, have more collagen in your skin, and do more exercise.
Actually, It may be not good to give more tips for healthy skin as many of you know more. Again last but not the lest
Better sleep
Exercising regularly helps you sleep better (time to forget Insomnia). When you sleep better, your body gets time to repairs itself on its own. Every day you see that girl in your office with the best skin on earth, and you constantly ask yourself “how”; well, because she gets the complete 6 hours of sleep every day. So sleep is vital and for a better sleep, you need to exercise (it’s a cycle, you know).
So don’t fear if you don’t have the opportunity to exercise at home or hit the gym. Just be outside, have some extra time to walk on your work route, avoid your car. Let some dirt doodle on your car for a month (or two). Use the stairs, NOT the lift. Pull yourself up once in a while and fill up that coffee cup from the maker that is in the next room, don’t call for the teenage boy serving everyone else (by the way, why is that boy so slim-oh I know!).
Done with the office? Take the long route which has the green park, breathe some fresh air, let the ions of leaves reach you, let the blue sky make you feel better. So from now on, put on your sunscreen, wear that pretty hat of yours and start making your healthier and better looking.
